What counts as a minute?
One minute of audio or video you transcribe — uploaded, recorded live, or from YouTube. You are charged for the real length of the recording, to the second.
What are AI words?
The words Intexting writes for you when it creates summaries, minutes of meeting, reports or rewrites. Your transcript itself does not use AI words.
What happens if I run out?
On paid plans you can buy a top-up in one click or upgrade. On the Free plan you can upgrade anytime.
Do unused minutes carry over?
Monthly minutes reset on your renewal date. Top-up minutes stay valid for 90 days.
How fast is transcription?
Live recording shows text while you speak, and the full transcript is ready a few seconds after you stop. A 1-hour file is usually ready in about 2 minutes.
Which languages are supported?
Recordings in Indian languages such as Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Kannada, plus English and major global languages. Output documents in 135+ languages.
Is my data safe?
Files are encrypted, never used to train AI models, and original recordings are deleted automatically after your plan's storage period. You can delete anything at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
How does the Teams plan work?
You pay ₹3,597 a month for 3 users and ₹1,199 for each extra user. Every user adds 1,000 minutes and 500,000 AI words to one shared pool that the whole team uses. Admins can set limits per person.
Can I add users in the middle of the month?
Yes. You pay only for the days left this month, and that user's minutes are added for the same days. From next month you pay the full ₹1,199.
What are view-only users?
Free users (up to 50) who can read, comment, export and share your team's transcripts but cannot upload, record or create documents.
Do top-ups cost more on smaller plans?
No. Each pack has the same price on every plan. Bigger plans simply unlock bigger packs.
I am an existing customer — what happens to my plan?
Your current price stays the same until the date in the email we sent you. We will remind you before anything changes.
